How long does the selling process take?
Every deal is different, but we move quickly. Most transactions can close in as little as 15–30 days, depending on title, inspections, and your preferred timeline.
Do I need to make repairs before selling?
No. We purchase homes in a variety of conditions — no need to invest in updates or renovations before speaking with us.
What kinds of properties do you buy?
We specialize in single-family homes particularly in Midwest States, but we buy in every state. We’re interested in both occupied and vacant properties.
Will I be working with a wholesaler or a third party?
No. We are direct buyers.

Who manages the property after it’s purchased?
All homes are managed by our in-house property management team. We prioritize responsive service, consistent upkeep, and a quality living experience.
Can I apply to rent a home from Markel Capital?
Yes. If we have available homes, they’ll be listed through our property management partners. Feel free to contact us to learn more or to be notified of openings.
What happens if I need maintenance or repairs?
